We balance things differently.

We’re hard-working, but fun-loving. Fast-paced, but exciting. Passionate about advertising,
but also about our lives outside of the office. Which means we’re able to produce high-quality
work while still enjoying plenty of quality time with our families, friends, and each other.

We value our employees
just as much as we value our clients.

At DiD, we’re continually cultivating our team through:

Education

We feel strongly about setting
up our employees for success
in an ever-changing industry
by offering training,
workshop seminars,

and ongoing education.

Recognition

We have an affinity for good work
and make it a point to show our
appreciation
for a job well
done—whether it’s through a
company-wide email or an
unexpected reward.

Promotion

We fill open positions
internally whenever
possible—in fact,
we promote from within
so often that our business
cards don’t contain job titles.

Looking for a new job?

We work to live—not the other way around.

We believe in paying it forward—
by giving back to our local community.

#DiDGivesBack to a growing number of charitable organizations each year.

    Service

Since 2011, DiD has participated in Annual Community Service Day. Past initiatives have included sprucing up the Philadelphia Southwark School with murals and a fresh coat of paint, and sorting children’s clothing at Conshohocken-based Cradles to Crayons.

    Donations

Our annual holiday campaign has focused on a different charity each year. We also provide food and clothing to the Mattie N. Dixon Community Cupboard in our hometown of Ambler, and have partnered with UBER to collect and donate school supplies to children in need.

    Support

DiD is a strong advocate of local arts and education. For many years, we have provided creative materials for the Philadelphia Museum of Art, mentored the next generation through the Philadelphia Advertising Club, and supported local youth sports teams and school clubs.

We are proud of our DiD family—
    and their personal endeavors.

Amazing work happens outside of the office, too.
