We're looking for an Associate Creative Director to join our Philly-based team, working on an array of medical device accounts.

Our ideal candidate:

• Can think on the spot and juggle the demands of numerous clients, traversing numerous therapeutic categories
• Strives for efficiencies at all times to ensure work gets done (and done right)
• Directs creative strategy and execution on assigned client projects but is also responsible for his/her own workload
• Has extensive, relevant experience and excels at presenting to clients

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Minimum 7 years of pharma/med device agency experience REQUIRED
• Graphic design or Writing background with experience developing interactive, video and print work REQUIRED
• Recent, up-to date portfolio; must include fully executed print and digital work REQUIRED
• Self-starter with leadership ability and experience managing/ mentoring less experienced team members
