AmLactin® needed a mobile responsive site and their target demographic wasn’t clearly defined. As a dual solution, DiD created a UX-focused site around the mobile experience using clear, focused messaging that zeroed in on women over 40 in need of serious skin care.

Professional Sales Platform
The previous sales platform for Bausch & Lomb didn’t provide any measurable feedback or offer flexibility to detail across products. That’s why DiD created the Bausch & Lomb iNteractive Knowledge System (B+LiNKS). Using the latest digital technology, B+LiNKS integrated a variety of brands in a way that was both trackable and measurable, not to mention more efficient.
CARMEX® Core Lip
Consumer TV Spot
CARMEX® provides tremendous relief to sufferers of dry, chapped lips, but visualizing its signature cooling sensation has proven difficult in the past. DiD saw an opportunity to reposition the brand by showcasing the tingly relief you get from CARMEX® with eye-catching animation.
Consumer and Professional Website
PerioPredict™ is a genetic test used to identify patients at risk for severe gum disease. Their site needed to contain quite a bit of patient and dental professional information, and much of it had to be linear—which isn’t how online users typically engage. To solve for this, DiD created long pages with parsed copy and used a simple, clean design to help guide readers down the page.
In today’s world, consumers are constantly being inundated with medical information. DiD’s mission was to provide value to patients by delivering meaningful, engaging content for TYLENOL® in timely and easy-to-use formats.
Because many parents don’t understand how a gentle numbing medication can help reduce their child’s pain from a needle stick, DiD highlighted an uplifting and true story of a boy who was less afraid of getting his medicine because of SYNERA®.
Hologic Genius 3D™ MAMMOGRAPHY Exam
Many women don’t know about 3D breast cancer screening, its benefits, or where they can get it. DiD created a website where women can learn about the Genius 3D MAMMOGRAPHY™ exam, ask their institution to offer it, and search for participating facilities in their area.
ARESTIN® Mechanism of Action
Antibiotics like ARESTIN® can help fight infection in patients with periodontitis. Since this may not always be top of mind, DiD created a demonstration video that reinforces the benefits of using this product during treatment.
