Who we are

In 2004, founding partners Rick Sannem and Peter Kenney had a vision—to establish a different kind of ad agency. One that made use of small, agile team structures to better meet our clients’ advertising goals.

Women-Owned Business Enterprise

DiD is now a certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). We are proud of this distinction and the way it demonstrates our commitment to diversity. We want to help support others on their mission to partner with diverse agencies. Together, we can create a deeper connection to multi-cultural talent, innovations, and foster sustained growth for businesses.

Our core values

Better Together
I see value in and trust my team, am receptive to constructive feedback, and will find the best ways to invite, engage, and motivate so we are working together to achieve a common goal.

Work Smarter
I commit to keeping the goal in mind and approaching the work decisively with resourcefulness and agility, so the next person in line can do the same.

Own It
I am accountable to the success of my team, the satisfaction of the client, the growth goals of DiD, and, ultimately, myself.

Stop, Communicate, & Listen
I will clearly communicate, actively listen, and promote open discussion to align my team, achieve client goals, and enhance productivity.

Fearlessly Forward
I am a fearless and curious innovator who creatively solves challenges to realize new opportunities.

Always Excellent
I am passionate about continually updating my skills to ensure my work is always excellent.

Our culture

At DiD, your coworkers are artists, parents, and spin-class instructors. We pride ourselves on being authentic, joyful, honest, and responsible. You may even see us at the Oscars.

We believe in giving back to our community.

Since 2011, DiD has participated in Annual Community Service Day. Past initiatives have included sprucing up the Philadelphia Southwark School with murals and a fresh coat of paint, and sorting children’s clothing at Conshohocken-based Cradles to Crayons.

Our annual holiday campaign has focused on a different charity each year. We also provide food and clothing to the Mattie N. Dixon Community Cupboard in our hometown of Ambler, and have partnered with Uber to collect and donate school supplies to children in need.

DiD is a strong advocate of local arts and education. For many years, we have provided creative materials for the Philadelphia Museum of Art, mentored the next generation through the Philadelphia Advertising Club, and supported local youth sports teams and school clubs.
